Job Description

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales and customer engagement reports. Account Managers also answer customer queries about software products and identify new business opportunities among existing customers and ensure subscription renewals. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including customer service and product development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

You will collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping customers satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.

Job Requirements

You must have prior experience in this role. You must demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. Must have the ability to juggle multiple account management tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Must have excellent knowledge of CRM usage and ability to short list customers based on their drop out and low product usage.

Requires a degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Must Have

  • Effective written, oral communication skills and presentation skills
  • Work from office from day one onwards
  • Must be willing to work in Evening shift (7.00 pm - 4.00 am)

Job Description

You will be part of a small highly qualified team that provides day-night round the clock support to customers for 5 days a week. You will support SaaS products, hardware that works along with the SaaS, desktop products and mobile apps. You are thus supporting our customers in Linux, Windows, Mac, iOS and Android platforms. You will communicate with customers by phone, emails, chat and ticketing portal. Questions are usually related to product usage, product and server issues, installation and deployment. Some calls require you to debug issues by reading log files. Debugging also requires knowledge of host operating systems. The internal knowledge base is updated by the support team and they also communicate with customers about patches and updates. You may have to liaise at times with our internal product development team. Customers think we are fantastic because we are easily reachable and knowledgeable and solve their issues on the first call. You will undergo extensive training for three months.

We are not a BPO. Long term customers will know you by name.
