Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales and customer engagement reports. Account Managers also answer customer queries about software products and identify new business opportunities among existing customers and ensure subscription renewals. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including customer service and product development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
You will collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping customers satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
You must have prior experience in this role. You must demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. Must have the ability to juggle multiple account management tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Must have excellent knowledge of CRM usage and ability to short list customers based on their drop out and low product usage.
Requires a degree in Business Administration or relevant field
